Lu Guozeng, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, Visited Turkey on 27-30 Dec.,2005. Mr. Lu met Mr. Abdullah Gül, Vice Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the Republic of Turkey and held talks with Mr. Ahmet Üzümcü, Deputy Under-Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, exchanging views on enhancing the bilateral relations of the two countries, and important international and regional issues as well.
